Tom Thompson

Founder & Owner
Tom is one of the original founders and current owner of T&G. He worked as a Store Manager for most of his career before T&G for multiple Fortune 500 companies.

He changed gears about a decade ago to run T&G because he felt he could bring a more personal touch to an otherwise impersonal industry. Even as a Store Manager all Tom has wanted to do is create a better experience for the clients he serves.

Right now, Tom is the Head of Sales and manages all projects T&G takes on along with help from his sales team.

When Tom does have free time, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and four children. Also, he loves his furry babies Ari, Selena and Carley. They are the families' boxer dogs.

Earl Thompson

Financial Advisor
Earl joined T&G because he enjoyed the work that was provided and felt he really could help T&G Enterprise grow with his expertise in the financial field of business. He graduated with a bachelor's in business management from Virginia Commonwealth University and has worked in finances for several other companies to better hone his skills.

He started as a bookkeeper. Over the years, he moved up to advisor as he learned the ropes and started to get a feel for the direction T&G was headed. Now he mostly assists on big projects that affect the company's long-term goals.

Tatyana Thompson

Office Manager
Tatyana has been working with T&G for almost 3 years now. Beginning as just an office assistant, Tatyana gradually worked her way up to office manager. She handles scheduling of all jobs, serves as another outlet for customers with any questions or concerns, schedules appointments for the team, and much more!

She strives to ensure every customer feels important and heard. She is grateful for the opportunity to work alongside family, and more importantly, for an honest/ethical family-owned business.

Thalya Thompson

Sales Representative
Thalya is working with T&G Enterprise as a homeowner consultant and is learning how to help homeowners more every day! She is currently attending Christopher Newport University, majoring in Computer Science with a minor in Leadership. She loves connecting with people and listening to their stories.

When she is not working with T&G, you’ll find her dedicated to her academics while taking occasional breaks to play all kinds of games!

John (Josh) Wegner

Sales Representative
Josh is an experienced carpenter as well as United States Marine veteran. He helped build his first house when he was 15. He helped a friend of the family build a house from the footers to the shingles, just the two of them. After high school, Josh began traveling the country (and the world) with the Marine Corps before coming back to VA. Since then, he has remained in the construction industry in some form or another.

He came to work for T&G about 3 years ago, and has never been happier! He is grateful to have finally found a company that puts the customer 1st before anything else.

Ian Wolfe

Sales Representative
Ian joined the T&G team in the beginning of 2020. Coming from a customer service job, he knew he wanted a more hands on way to help people out. Having bought his first home not too long ago, he understood how difficult and stressful it can be to need work done to your house.

He loved the idea of helping others get through a tedious process, as easily as possible. Ian has learned to assist many homeowners through the insurance process. He enjoys working with T&G because he finds it is a great way to support and help the community grow.
